My husband, our toddler, and I took a little road trip about an hour north to spend the day with my family. It was one of those beautiful, chaotic, cozy gatherings—about 25 of us packed together, with Grayson chasing his cousins around and everyone sharing stories about my Papa who we lost almost two years ago, and my grandmother who passed in 2017.
